By using Harvoria, users agree to use the platform responsibly and communicate directly with care.
Marketplace Role
Harvoria is a free information and matching platform. Harvoria does not buy, sell, store, deliver, inspect, or guarantee any product listed by users.
Direct User Responsibility
Farmers, consumers, buyers, and other users are responsible for verifying product quality, quantity, price, location, payment, pickup, delivery, and any transaction they make outside the platform.
Listings and Accuracy
Users should provide accurate product, quantity, price, address, and contact information. Harvoria may expire, hide, soft delete, or block listings that appear spammy, abusive, misleading, or unsafe.
Abuse, Spam, and Access
Users may not misuse the platform, attack the system, scrape abusively, post false information, harass others, or attempt unauthorized admin access. Admins may block accounts or remove content when needed.
